There has been a lot of questions as to "Why can't I PM someone" or something similar.

There are 2 conditions that have to be met before gaining access to your PM's.

(1). You have to be a member for 2 full days

(2). Your Post Count has to also reach a certain #. The # isn't high so join in on some of the conversations going on around the board & check your PM capabilities often to see if your PM priviledges have been activated.
