How do I add someone to my ignore list?

Are you referring to to someone who is already on your friend list? Or someone who is pming you?

Click on User CP and under the heading Settings & Options there's Edit Ignore List. Just type in the name you want to ignore. Hope that helps.

What does that mean exactly? I've always been curious. If someone is on your ignored list, can you not even see their posts? Or can they just not PM you?

I've never used it but I think it prevents their posts from even showing up for you to view.

I'm not sure if it stops the PMs, but if you add someone to your ignore list, their posts won't show up when you're logged on.

Does this question (OP) have to do with your siggy comment? I just saw it and am wondering what it means besides the obvious. Do we have a stalker onboard??

The ignore feature will block you from seeing any of that particular person's posts AND you will also not receive any pm's from them. They can send them to you but it's like they go floating somewhere out in space. However if someone replies to one of their posts on the board and has quoted their post, you will be able to see that.

One other important thing to note is that it is impossible to put anyone from our mod team on ignore.
