need help

I just found this website and I cannot get the printer program to download for anything. I have checked the printer, disabled firewalls and antivirus, downloaded 2 different versions of Firefox, tried closing the windows it tells me etc. I've gone through the same pages and boxes at least 20 times. No luck.

You made need to temporarily disable your firewall.
