last night whenever i tried to log in it kept telling me i neede to download optimizer to veiw the site. it then took me to that website..workingf ine now

Last night I tried to log on to HCW but no matter how I tried it went to a site for "Zend Guard" and it said I had to down load their free software. Finally my Dh down loaded it and after restarting the computer I was able to get back on HCW.
My question is, did everyone have to down load this program and why? I want to make sure this wasn't someone hijacking my computer or something.

I was afraid to download it and later got an e-mail from HCW not to do it. I am glad they sent that out. Later it was up and running again.

Hi, the board went down yesterday due to a server issue. You can uninstall the Zend Optimizer that you downloaded, it will not harm your computer, however.

I got the Zend Guard message, but did not download. I didn't get an email though.

We downloaded it too! Was that a big "oops!"? (never got an email saying not to)

Does anyone know anything about this Zend Guard company? I got an email from them tonight about evaluating their customer service. Seems kinda weird to me. I'm deleting the email and uninstalling the program.
