UPDATE: I just disabled Adobe Shockwave Active X control and reopened with add-ons. Everything in the DB is back to normal.

This has been an intermitten error that we are aware of and have yet to figure out how to fix it. We are aware of it but don't know how to fix it just yet. Right now the only thing you can do is scroll down the page....

We are trying to figure it out but don't know what is causing that to happen sometimes, while other times it loads just fine.

I could very well be a Java issue as we sometimes get JSON errors reported to us in the coupon database. We are working on it but work is slow.

That is really good to know. Perhaps others that are having that issue can do the same too. I never see these Java errors myself so don't always know what to tell folks other than to try resetting their cookie for the site. Over in the coupon resouces forum there is some info about what browsers are compliant with the database and what not.

Hang in there guys we ARE trying to work on these issues, but remember Julie and I don't have a tech background so sometimes progress is slow.

My User CP is gone. I can see my buddy list and who is chatting, but I don't have a User CP anymore, so I can't change my siggy or change my subscriptions, etc.

There was an announcement made the other day that there were going to be some small changes made to the site: http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums...-new-post.html

The box on the right hand side that contained your UserCP was removed as well as a few other boxes while some of them were moved to the left side of the page.

You can still access your UserCP via the link that has always been there at the top of the page in the orange toolbar (first link on the left in the orange toolbar)

I used the Contact Us, but thought I'd put something here. My "Have list" is gone, save the one thing I added in a few days ago. Where'd it go??

When I received PM's always got a message on my screen that poped up now I don't get that. Can't even remember how I did it.

I am not sure where your have list would have gone. We did not do anything to the coupon database that would cause it to just go away. Are you sure you clicked your have list tab and not your keep list tab? Or could you have accidentally deleted the items from it?

If it really is not there anymore...shoot me a PM and I will see what I can do but I don't have access to your guys lists.

That option is under your UserCP under Edit Options. There you can choose to get a pop up upon new PM's (if this is already set to do this make sure pop ups are allowed for HCW on your browser)

Thanks! I couldn't remeber how. I checked under the edit options and there is a check mark to receive the pop-up however I have never added hcw to receive pop-ups and always got the IM pop-up. Is this something new?

Nope this is not something new to HCW. It has been here since day one and the default setting is set to enable the pop-up when you get a new PM. Some folks like to turn it off. Could be an update with something on your computer that was blocking the pop-up perhaps. The question is...are you getting your pop-ups now, do you need me to send you a test PM?

I know in order to enable the pop-up I had to allow pop-ups on this site with my browsers. We don't have any other pop-ups so it is safe to allow them for the site.
