It has always been set as EST (which is where I am) for me......I double checked and it is still set as EST ..... is there anything else that could make the time show up wrong like it is doing for me?

The pink skin has a pink color for the time stamp. Or close to pink. If you take your cursor to the area it should be in you'll see it change to a text cursor, and if you highlight that area you can read the time stamp. So, something we need to fix :)

Is it possibly the DST (Daylight Savings) correction option? I have mine set to automatically detect DST correction, perhaps yours was set to off somehow?

Julie, sorry for the delay in getting to your question. I am not sure why you are having this problem. As far as I know no one else is having this problem so I am assuming it might be a problem on your end.

First after thinking about your question some, I am wondering if you are jumping to the last page accidentaly. I just pulled a random multiple page thread up and took a snip of the screen.

to go from page to page click the next number. So to go from page 1 to page 2 click the number 2.

or you can click the little arrow button

I am wondering if you are trying to click the little arrow button but are instead clicking the "last" button instead. The "last" button will take you to the last page of the thread.

Second if that is not the case I would suggest that you have a look at your user control panel (usercp) which can be found in the top toolbar, first link on your left.

Once in your usercp go to "edit options" link and under "thread display options" you have the option to show 40, 30, 20, 10, or 5 posts per page. Choose which one you would like.

If that is still not working for you, you may need to log out, delete your cookies and temp internet files, and log back in.

Right now those are the only ways I can see to perhaps fix the problem you are having.

oh and on your screen you won't have the moderation drop down...Im an admin, that is a feature for us to do our work. LOL

That's it! My DST correction was set to off! I turned it to 'on' and now I can see the correct times. Thank you!

I wish I had found this thread 2 days ago! I was having the same problem and thought I was going crazy. I changed the color from pink to purple and can see it fine now.

Morning :( ok I'm going through serious chat withdrawls already this morning.. I can't get in to my favorite place in the whole world.. besides with my family.. ok. I signed in to hcw. That is no problem. Then I click on chat via the 3 little head icon and it tries to get me to chat. I see the page for a second that it is saying that I am there.. but then it bumps me back to asking for my name and password :( and when I try typing them in again.. nothin.. :( I really miss my chat buddies already.. so HELP ME!!!! LOL

there is no chat backup, and we're still trying to fix all the posts that were posted during the time stamp issue. I'm afraid chat is lower down on the priority fix list. We'll get it back up and running as soon as we possibly can!!
