I've had this problem for a while on both my computer and my husbands laptop. Sometimes hitting the refresh button speeds it up, but sometimes I just sit there with an orange screen for a minute before it says "done" at the bottom with NOTHING else on the screen but the HCW logo and orange. If I hit refresh, sometimes it will bring up the full screen..
I am on cable, too. Comcast, so I wonder if that means anything...?
I'm not an expert, but is there a phishing filter that maybe got turned on or changed? My son accidentally changed it on mine one time and it took forever to load a page.

This is so frustrating. My phishing filter is off, and it takes at least a minute or 2 (seriously) to load up the homepage here. Other sites are fine. Then when I click "Drugstores" it takea another 1-2 minutes, then to CVS another 1-2 minutes. I have to browse other sites while I wait for this to load up...
Not sure if this is just on my end (but I know at least one other person has had trouble) but for the past several days the site has been completely freezing up my browser, and then usually my whole computer so I have to reboot. I got in today using Mozilla instead of IE, but I have not tried IE yet (because it takes at least 15 minutes for this old dinosaur to reboot and I don't want to chance it LOL).
