Printing coupons

Hello Everyone,

I just registered today. This site looks awesome! My computer will not let smartsource coupon printer to install. DH can't figure it out either! Contacted Smartsource and their fixes did'nt work. Help!!

What browser are you using?

I have had this problem w/ Internet Explorer - I use Mozilla when I need to print q's and it works fine.

I had problems with Internet Explorer on my home computer. As soon as I installed Mozilla Firefox, I had no problems printing the coupons.

I have issues with bricks that I still can't figure out. Downloaded firefox n everything! Missing out on some good coupons b/c of it!

I had issues for a long time. It would say it's preparing to download and to click the bar at the top to accept it, but the bar would never come up. I tried Fire Fox with no luck. Luckly it worked on our other computer. I finally got it to work on this computer... after it crashed and we had to wipe the hard drives and reinstall Windows!

any Mac users having troubles? I can't get it to print, even though I've installed the driver more than once.

Hi all, I've been reading HCW for a few weeks now and am learning a lot. I'm having a problem printing coupons from coupon.com. I have installed the coupon printing software and the coupon bar but when I try to print the coupons I choose I get the 'install coupon printer' screen again.

This happens even if the coupon printing software says that it has installed sucessfully. It's very frustrating to install it over and over again. I've asked for help from the coupon.com website but have no response yet. Does anyone have any ideas. BTW, my printer is plugged in and on and I can print other stuff as i need it. TIA for any ideas.

What browser are you using? I sometimes have to switch to Internet Explorer to print. Some coupon printers don't like firefox's security settings and will do crazy things.

Hi, I'm using Internet Explorer 7. I just tried the suggestion to use the MYPoints coupon printer but have the same problem. I'd tear my hair out but that's sooooo unattractive!

Can you UN-install the Coupon Printer on your desktop...then RE-install it?
