We take tuns opening packages.

Even better is when I get big boxes when I know I didn't order anything...

I've signed up for a ton of them and promptly forgot which ones. I'm pleasantly surprised when they do come and that they are good quality samples. Today I went to the mailbox and found a wonderful kit from the EPA. It has all sorts of information for kids about the environment and makes it fun...Membership card, Huge calendar of events, coloring books, stickers......awesome. And I don't have a clue about ordering it. I'll put it in the mail Mon for my g'son in Washington. He'll love his Nanna!!!

I don't usually worry about it but what I would like to do is hang out at their HQ with a sniper rifle and pick off the person who didn't give me my free sample Shame on them

THe only one that I took action with was Dynovite for my dogs. After signing up for a freebie, that I was actually looking forward to for my beagles, I got slammed with their emails. Once a day, sometimes twice a day. After 2 months of this, and no free sample, I responded to the woman that sends out the emails, and told her that I was really upset about this sample not coming out, as my beagles have skin issues, and that I was beginning to think that this was a fake sample offer, just to get my email address. She responded and asked for my address again.
2 days later I got a box thru UPS with tons of samples and a full size tube of their product. And an email a week later asking how the samples worked.
Awesome customer service on her part.
I know this is a rare experience, but my email did work in this case. I have never done this with any other company.

If I really wanted it I would write to the company asking why I hadn't received it. I find it quite annoying that they get all of our information like our e-mail addresses and phone numbers while promising us a free sample and never even plan on sending it. It makes me think they just want our info. I now write down anything I sign up for to keep a record of what to expect. Like I said I don't think it's right for them to promise a sample if they never plan on sending it, just to get our information!

Since i have became a member on the site i have signed up for sooooo many freebies and i honestly dont think i have recieved not one of them. ????:shrug7: I dont know why. I know i have signed up atleast 5 a week. and mostly more. Who doesn't love free stuff! But since nothing EVER comes from these what should i do? Its not a postal problem...we get mail every day. and my email has now been overloaded with emails from these companys... i mean i get hundreds of emails a day..ughhh. what should i do??

I have never kept track of what free items I have requested, but now that I think about it, maybe I'll start to do that. Nothing elaborate, just a note pad or something with the date and what I expect to receive. If it's something I really like, I just might call the company if it doesn't arrive. I looked at the results of the poll thus far, and it looks like most people don't do a thing about not getting their freebie.

Noo-bie alert!

First I realize your post is almost a year old, but may I say I WANT YOUR LIFE! Second, frustrated that my P&G Sampler hasn't arrived. Based on this thread I maybe shouldn't expect anything? Was sooo looking forward to this package that I ordered on 7/1/10 at 6:22 AM! Please let me down easy if it is not to be!

Off Topic, can someone direct me to a couponing tutorial? While I'm appreciative of the threads and tips, I feel I must have missed some fundamentals. My head is swimming! I'm eager to learn couponing the right way!
