They did not have the sign up form on their facebook page as they had promised when it was supposed to go live. Quite awhile later they posted that they were having technical difficulties and they would post the link on their wall when it was live. Just now (over 1 hour and 50 minutes past when the offer was set to begin) they posted the sign up form.

I was able to get one finally!
