Not sure, they may have a contact number you could call them and speak to someone about it. I am sure they would be happy to help! IMHO it is too good of an opportunity for you puppy lovers to pass up! I am a kitty person myself, but a friend of mine was looking for Dog Qs and I stumbled across it.

Unless they change the dates on the form, you would have had to already done the adoption in 2010.

True...but if she did do the adoption last year, from a rescue shelter, she could still contact to see if this is acceptable.
