I asked for one under my name and my husbands. Has anyone done that and recieved both? I am a vet tech at an emergency vet clinic and I want to have a set to display to clients so they can go the the site and get their own. If anyone has an extra set laying around, please see if your local vet hospital would like it to notify people that it is avaliable.

You are not "required" to make a donation. That is just the page that comes up after you fill out the form for the pet safety pack. I got this one a couple of years ago. I did not make a donation, and received the pet safety pack a couple weeks later.
