I don't get it. It says I signed up last on April 15 and can't request another sample till June. Did I already sign up for this or does P&G limit how often you can register for samples?

It's the same as the pack you get from the P&G Brandsaver website, and I believe you are limited to 1 per quarter.

I can't remember my password and when I enter my email it says invalid email, but it says I'm registered... I probably registered soooo long ago..?!!? it won't email me my password......
