If you look in the original post you'll see the note about it taking up to 2 weeks for points to be added onto the account. HTH!

I signed up yesterday and have 400 pts today but you don't get your code via email until the month AFTER your points post...

Just an update, for those of you waiting on your points! I e-mailed them again yesterday to find out why my points hadn't posted, and this is the message I got:

Thank you for contacting us.

Due to the large volume of customers who responded to the offer the points are downloading much slower than normal - Current projection is about 2 weeks.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address listed below.

I also called and spoke with someone and they said the same thing- apparently they have to go through and verify each point submission so it takes them a while, and they weren't expecting such high traffic volume. I just said, really? You really didn't expect high traffic volume when you are giving away $40 in flowers?? Haha.

In case you haven't done yours yet, it should still be open for another week or two. Don't miss out!

if you got 400 points a while back, it's probably been reverted to a rewards amount (400=$40)...they don't send it out til the beginning of the next month though, so don't panic ;)
