The same kind of thing happened to me- I e-mailed them a nasty e-mail, and then called and chewed them out in the same day. I received 2 separate rewards codes within 3 days of each other- hahaha. I haven't tried to use them to see if they are both valid (holding out for Valentine's Day and my mother's birthday) but that would be amazing if they are- seems like we've earned it with all the trouble they've put us through!!

Just make sure the e-mail doesn't contain an expiration, I'm pretty sure my 1st one was valid through Feb 2010 but I wouldn't want you to get screwed bc u waited until mother's day. :)Just double check

No, no not mother's day- my mother's birthday. All of the vouchers expire 90 days from date of issue

I got those also haha! I just used mine for free as I used one $20 cert and then had a $10 prepaid american express card from my insurance company for being pregnant and having a baby haha! I sent them to my dh for christmas because well the poor man has dealt with alot from me while being pregnant for the last 3yrs haha!

I signed up for the $40 certificate a few months ago, and I still haven't received it in spite of 2 E-mails to customer service. What I have received, however, is two "checks" in the mail. It says in the fine print on the checks that by cashing the check, I agree to a 30-day trial offer in a program that then will bill me $12.99 monthly for a membership. Has this happened to anyone else? I find it a bit troubling!

I haven't gotten the checks. I did get the $40 certificate and used it @ Christmas with no problems. My ex-hubby got his and will be using it soon. DBF is still waiting on his. They tried offering him the 150 points, but he wrote back to them stating he signed up when the 400 point promo was going on, they said they'd be crediting his account with 400 points (40.00) this month. I think you have to really push them with when you signed up and what the promo was at the time.

Wow, maybe I just got really lucky but I never had to call or do anything! I did everything like it said but never got an email with the certificate until one day when it randomly popped up. I never thought to call and complain because it wasn't a big deal to me. I think it just took longer to get the certificates due to a large response. Glad you guys finally got something though and doubles are even better!

I hope no one had the same issues I had...I had no trouble placing my order way in advance on 12/7 for delivery on 12/23 but my order did not make it to my moms because they only put half of her street address on it. So for days I'm calling UPS who also dropped the ball here trying to find out where the flowers are (UPS wanted my mom to drive 30 miles to pick the flowers up) When I finally figure out that 1800flowers didnt put the whole address on I gave them a piece of my mind as well as the email where I ordered showing the WHOLE address. They were nice about sending the flowers via florist for delivery that day but geesh what a danged hassle...it took a week to get this fixed. I was also promised a 20 or 30 dollar GC but it never arrived via email. Now I did use 1800 flowers previously for my moms birthday and FEDEX delivered then with no problems at all. I was supremely disgusted this time around just because it was such a hassle.
