I got a q for $10 off anything connected to my Kohl's card and the only minimum listed is that you must spend $10 to get the $10 off. I imagine the $5 is the same way.

I have done this before and there is no minimum purchase required. I bought a pair of pants for $5 and they were free. No tax even and I am in California.

If it is like the $10 off coupon they did earlier this year, there is no minimum. I got a $13 shirt for $3 !!
