I didn't see where it said "+s&h" on the form. It does say you need to send in "four (4) UPCs symbols (any combination) for each Calendar ordered from any 8 oz. or larger packages of Hershey's, Reese's, or Heath Baking Chips, Hershey's Baking Bars or Hershey's Cocoa." Time to look through those UPCs!

It is free if you have bought 4 of the products, obviously you'll need to use a stamp to send it in (maybe that's what you meant by s&h?).
