I spoke with someone repping Luvs about this - don't think it's supposed to be a $5 coupon until midnight eastern standard time - sent a newsletter around about it today.

I just filled it out and only got the $1 offer - and it is a home mailer.

Just tried it and still only getting the $1q. I clicked on the $5 link and filled out the form but it still told me I'd be getting a $1q.

I just called Luvs regarding the $5 coupon offer. I was told that the offer should be working. Because it is showing only a $1 coupon, the customer service rep said she would let the technical team know what's going on. She did say that even though it says a $1 coupon will be sent, anyone who signed up should get the $5 one.

She actually took my info manually and said I would get my $5 coupon in 2-3 weeks. The number I called was 1-888-665-3257. This number was taken from Luvs website from the "contact us" at the bottom of the page. I clicked on #7. When I called it asked what size diapers my call was about, I just pushed option 1.

I am been signed up with them for about a year now. They just had me update my info and check the offers I wanted. The $5 coupon was one of those options. They just told me thanks and I will be recieving my offers soon.

I registed my Mom (new account) and logged in my own account (already active) with them & now it appears the offer has changed? Yes, I know, it's 8PM & I should've done it earlier, but I'm still annoyed. Our "offers" were (2) $2.50 coupons. I guess it's better than nothing. It doesn't seem like the offers are different whether you have an existing account or not anymore.

If anyone is wondering how you can view your offer, once you are registered/logged in at Luvs.com, the upper right corner will say "Hello, Your Name." Click on your name and it will bring you to your profile. There will be a box on the right hand side of the screen that shows different offers. There will be a red checkmark in the box and a description of the coupon you should be receiving.
