I got the same email & the same error message, I emailed them. I'm positive I didn't order this before. I had the same problem last time, it finally said the request went through & I never got mine, but my mom who ordered hers the same day got hers. Luckily she was nice enough to split the coupons with me because she doesn't use a lot of them, but I wanted my own!

Darnit I logged in and got this:

I don't remember ordering that sampler. :shrug7:

I ordered mine from the P&GbrandSAMPLER site all at once according to my log back on 7-9-09. I don't remember if I did it because I got the P&G newsletter or link from some blog or what. I often see a sample link on a blog & it goes to the sampler page with the message I have already ordered, & I have, just at a previous time.

Just keeping a running diary of what you order answers a lot of questions later & keeps unnecessary posting of problems to a minimum.
Also keeps ranting & raving down too.

I forget stuff a lot and my order log has helped me a lot!
