I have a scan of it and complete wording on my site.

There is a conflict of dates it states purchase dates 7/1 - 7/9 but in the fine print section says offer expires 7/7/09.
I called catalina and emailed a scan of the Cat waiting for clarification and I am trying to find out if this is regional or nationwide. I will update.

I saw the sign today in the store, there are different exp dates for different stores:
7/7 Safeway, Vons, Tom Thumb, Pavillions & Carrs
7/8 Dominicks
7/9 Genuardis

The cheapest cereal I found for this at my Randalls was 2.99. I also saw the signs up and down the cereal aisle. Is there a better deal on the cereal?

I found several $2 ones - regular Cheerios, regular Total (someone said it didn't trigger the Cat though), Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Puffs Combo, Golden Grahams, Trix was in the ad.
You can search on their site for General Mills cereal and sort by price low first too.
