They have a note on their form that says the following:

THIS IS NOT THE CASE AND WE ONLY NEED YOUR ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING REASONS. NONE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO WILL BE GIVEN AWAY OR SOLD TO 3rd PARTIES OR USED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN SENDING YOUR FREE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT.

Re: Freebie - promotional beer mug. This has been around for 3 or 4 years and no one has received a thing! I just tried their "Contact Us" link to chide them for their chicanery and received the following message:
A nonexistent "Contact Us" link is not a good sign.Not Found
The requested URL /contact/use/contact/process.php was not found on this server.
