I got one of these about a year ago and its been very useful to me (me and my Dad have Crohn's)

Seems like everyone knows someone with some sort of IBD, so I thought I'd post this link. Its a full book, cover price is $18.95. The link takes me to a cookbook now. I would really love more info on IBD since the specialists can't fiqure out whats been wrong with me since I was 12 years old.

Everprincess - Thanks for the update on this link - I hope you get some resolve on the issue soon! the foundation link for Crohn's /IBS is CCFA.org - that may help. Some people with IBS actually have gluten intollerance - it's lesser known and harder to avoid than lactose intollerance - if you are looking at diet changes in the meantime I'd maybe try one of those - but definatelly get a referral to at gasterenterologist (or, GI) doctor. Best of luck!
