It's not only about whether or not you eat them. For instance the "I am not a nugget" series is also about viewing them as living creatures, not just food. It's okay to eat them if that's how you feel, but don't abuse them and treat them only as a food product. So if you like the stickers you should go ahead and get them.
Also, you can order a set of stickers every week it says (if you have a friend or family member you would like to order some for!).
