Planet Dog has a free "kiss me, I'm adopted" kit. Doesn't say a date of when the dog has to be adopted by.

You have to send a copy of the adoption certificate from the animal shelter or rescue to receive the kit. Very nice though.

As much time as I've spent on their site I've never seen that. Thanks, I'll have to get ours copied and sent out.
