Are you sure you are doing it on Monday's only? Other than that. Can you try a different redbox location to make sure it is not just the one you are using that has the problem?

carefully enter the code correctly.
if it doesn't work, wait a few minutes and try again.

This is the second week with no code. I e-mailed customer service the first time and they don't reissue codes. I wonder what they will say now.
