What I did when freebies didn't come . . .

I find that if I just forget about the freebies that I sign up for then it is more exciting every day when I go to the mailbox. LIke Christmas! :)

If I don't get one that I wanted then I just shrug it off. It was free and I didn't pay for it....just wasted a minute of my time. no biggie.

I normally contact the company as I did when my Glade gel sample came with an empty box (still sealed) and just the coupon. Its one thing to just not get in while they had samples, but I find that contacting them when you just got left out (I always send one to my mom too, lol) or the box was empty or crushed get you pretty far.

i am happy a few come, most don't. I used to fill in tons, didn't care if it was a freebie for horse shampoo or turtle food. Now I realize that if I don't have a horse or a turtle I don't need it. I fill out ones that look good and I will use, probably 1/10 of what I use to fill in.

oh geeze we thought we were moving to washington(ended up moving to the other side of town instead) so i havent requested any samples or freebies in forever!!!!
i think i may just need to grab a notebook and write out the ones i have signed up for(will start again next week after my house is a little more settled)

I'm sure those things dont always get out. The town I lived in previous to this one never got the Joanns ads out 1 week before the sale like they were supposed to. A lot of the time I didn't get it till a week into it. ( Funny thing, now JAs sends them AFTER the sale starts)

AND then we one were in an apartment with teeny-tiny metal mailboxes. there was a single shelf on the wall just above the mailboxes for oversized items. I cant count how many times I suspected my stuff was stolen because my goodies never showed up.

I don't usually remember what I've signed up for, so when something shows up in my mailbox, it is usually a nice surprize.
