I get the same message too and I haven't ordered this sampler. They actually sent me an email telling me they have a new sampler for me and then I get this message.

I don't know if they have a problem on the server.

Yep me too. Must be a bug in their system, keeps telling me to come back in July

I just got the email and then logged on and it gave me the same thing. Ughh. I'm off to email customer service or something....

I am sorry that most of you are having such trouble. It is my guess that the system does have a bug in it.

Maybe try again tomorrow!
