Fred Meyer-Chunky soup store coupon not working properly

Today I bought 8 cans of Campbells chunky soup with the store coupon. It says limit 8 at 4/$5 here. It only took off for 6 of the cans, so pay attention if you use this one that it takes off the correct number. I also had two Ecoupons come off, along with three MF coupons ($2/4, $1.50/3, .50/1) which worked fine. This has happened before on store coupons that also had an ecoupon to the item. It makes me wonder if the ecoupon is being treated as a store coupon which then tries to cancel out the scannable store coupon.

Would be curious to know if anyone else notices this happening.

That is how it seems to work. I've had an ecoupon come off and then scan the store coupon and one of them goes away. I'm not planning on trying the Charmin, although I might try it without using the store coupon. Thankfully the GM cereal is not a store coupon deal but most of the ecoupons now say they cannot be used with other coupons so I'm not bothering with them as much. They don't seriously expect us to have all our ecoupons memorized?

The P&G ecoupon is for 24 count or larger. The ones at Fred's on sale are 12ct (or a bonus pack of 14? 16?ct...can't remember). I had tried to "use" it a couple weeks ago (or maybe more) at Safeway. The Bounty ecoupon came off but the Charmin didn't. I emailed P&G, got a prompt response asking for more info ......and then.....nothing. *shrugs* I dunno. I was able to load it on my FM card, but don't know if there's ll be a decent enough price for me to use it before the end of the month.
