Doesn't anyone here shop at Fred Meyer? Fred Meyer is a Kroger owned store and I don't see Fred Meyer even listed here. WHY?

fred meyer is listed in national chain stores not in grocery. even though they are kroger their sales and prices run way differently

There's where the Fred Meyer forum is located. Like krmore said, its been put into the national chain store area as it's more of a supercenter than a dedicated groceries only store.

I think they're pretty much Pacific Northwest too (and Alaska), so it's pretty quiet most of the time. We don't get the big Mega sales or a lot of the good sales Kroger puts out.

Thanks! I'm in Oregon and there are a ton of Fred Meyer stores here. I buy quite a lot of groceries there and love all the catalina coupons they always give you and I'm always finding awsome deals there. I'll go check out that fourm for Fred Meyer. :)

gingersnap61, same here, I'm about 10 mi. south of Portland, find that Fred's has the best prices in general, but not nearly the sales that my friends back in Ohio get from Kroger. Where are you?

I'm oregon too. and I agree it is not anything near the great sales that kroger puts out but they have a lot of good deals still....does take some close attention and the group effort is AMAZING to find good deals. see you over in the fred meyer forum. thanks for the directions i was a bit lost as well.
