I'm unsure of this one as I know that FM does not generally take any type of competitor coupon, although I have heard a member or two mentioning that they will take one competitor coupon, not sure if this would apply to pharmacy though....

Does anyone know if there is a pattern to FM's $1 in-ad Q's for the milk, and oj? We're running out of milk, and I hope it's coming up soon, as I haven't seen it in a few weeks.

My mom was at Freddy's today, and she asked an employee stocking the shelves if the yellow in-store "manufacturer's coupons" could be combined with an actual mfr. Q (since the yellow ones also say Fred Meyer on them), and the employee said yes! I just emailed to see what corporate would say about this - mom got some Edge shave gel today 2/$1 by combining (and the cashier never even blinked...). Anyone else have any input on this?

Go to www.fredmeyer.com . Find the weekly ad thingy and you can select your zip code, to select your store. It depends on your time zone, but mine comes online at 8pm Saturday night. I don't know if WA and OR come online at 8pm or 9pm their time. I don't know what state you're in. The prices aren't good till Sunday, but the ad is there to look at.

I have a question on the Fred Meyer rewards program. When it started a couple of years ago I wasn't going to sign up because I don't do my weekly grocery shopping there so would probably never spend $500 in a quarter to get the rebate. The checker told me to sign up anyway, because I would still get good coupons in the mail. I have never received any mail from FM.

Today my mom was giving me FM coupons for $3 off a $3 purchase, $2 off a $2 purchase, etc. She said she gets them in the mail from FM. She also says she rarely spend the $500/qtr there either.

I went online with my rewards account and my address is correct. Does anyone else, who is on the Rewards program AND doesn't earn the 500 points per quarter, ever get these coupons?

Thank you

They changed it a while back, to one point for every dollar you spend. For every $100 you spend each quarter, you earn $1. We just got ours in the mail from last quarter, and we got a $3, a $4, and a $2.50 (not sure on this one, but I'll take the extra .50!) I had a little over 900 points. They break it up by months, so the first month I spend over $300, the second I spend over $400, and the last I spent a little over $200. So the $3 was for the first month, the $4 was from the second month, and the $2.50 was from the last month. I hope this makes sense, LMK if I'm not explaining this clearly. Hope it helped!

Thank you for the explanation. I should get something for this quarter then, as I spent over $100 on clothes and shoes last week. I'll be on the lookout! It's too bad they didn't do it this way last spring. I purchased a video camera for around $180 (reg $500 - it was an awesome deal!) but I probably didn't spend anything else for the quarter, so I never rec'd anything.

they also send coupons for a percentage or dollar amount off of certain things...like $2 off a $5 produce purchase, or 20% off of clothing, etc etc.
