I didn't know wow that helps so much. . .just to clairfy (partly cause I am shocked) if I have a by one get one free I can use 2 coupons one for each product?

If it's a Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon, then it's one coupon for 2 items. So if you were going to use 2 coupons, you'd have to buy 4 items.

my fredmeyer doestn do overages on coupons at all (currently in idaho, not sure of washington, will have to ask my mom if she knows)

Hi ezzie65, not ignoring you-promise ! FM is a bit of a slow area on the board but can be a hot place for deals once in a while. To answer your question, its a YMMV thing at FM.

The store director came over when cashier wouldn't give me $1.01 overage x 10 on my $2/1 any Excedrine. Director told me it says right on coupon that coupon value is 1/20th of a cent. What a friggin' IDIOT! He doesn't even know what that means because he thinks that line pertains to overages! Anyway called the store, spoke to opps mgr. He told me no overages last he knew. I asked him to call HO and let me know the results. He left a message on my machine, told me they "absolutely" pay overages and apologized for the inconvienience. I told him I would like the store director to call me and apologize for berating me in his store and offer me possibly a gift cert for the items that I had in my cart that WERE on sale on the day I planned buying them when he wouldn't take my coupons. Which by the way I said fine, no coupons, no business, and I left my rung up order there including the salad I made and told the cashier I hope his store director enjoyed it! What idiots, I never have a problem at the store on the other side of town, looks like they might actually know FM's policy! Anyway I also told the opps manager that if the store director did not call me back in a timely fashion that I would be calling HO to tell them all about the day I was berrated by their store director when I was right and he was wrong!!!
