How do you load these on your rewards card with out Fred Meyer as an option?

Just use Kroger instead. Fred Meyer is a Kroger store. If you have a Safeway )or affiliate), you can also load on there too.

Fred Meyer is associated with QFC so you can put your FM card number in the QFC box.

Shortcuts had a 45c off for the 1/2 gal Active Lifestyle 1/2 gal milk that's 88c this week too.
ETA: Wouldn't let me use both the Shortcuts and the SC. Milk rings up at $1 so 55c for 1/2 gal with Shortcuts
