Fred Meyer Week of Jan 5th (just some highlights)

This week the Fresh Express bags of salad are 5/$5. I used a .55/1 coupon I got in a previous bag of salad to make my Ceasar Supreme only .45! Hopefully there is another .55/1 coupon inside this bag and I can get lots of .45 bags of salad this week! (The good kind too with topping and dressing inside!! )

1/2 Gallons of milk (choc and oj included) are $1.00 again this week too.

Organic Fugi, Breaburn or Gala Apples are .98/lb.

Lucky you. Apples are $1.48 lb here. pffft Salads are 4/$5 which is good for us. And every salad kit I've used lately has the coupons in them. The Johnsonville Italian sauage is 3/$10 here (probably less down there) and there's still some $1/1 coupons out there (they expire real soon). Slimfast with the printable coupons for $2 and $3 would make these a half-decent deal. Kashi Go-Lean stuff is 30% off and there's coupons for those too. Atkins Advantage bars are $1.99 here, there's coupons for $1/2.
