Yes, usually in a wire rack near the end of an aisle.
There were also $1/2 Kashi Qs last month's one that also can be used at Albertsons...

Who took the $1/1 kashi out of the magazines and then put the magazines (sans coupons) back in the stack???? FRUSTRATING!
