Fred Meyer coupon book 06/25-07/22

Got the new book last week. Interesting to note that there are NO manufacturer coupons. They now list them as "Save $2 with in-store coupon", for instance. So it looks like anything with a MF coupon are all in-store now. I really dislike their "new" approach in the ads advertising something as 2/$4 and then in fine print says "with in-store coupon". Means I can't use my coupons with it. pffft That said...my proces are higher than yours, L=Limit.

That;s about it for things of interest. Just seems to me that the sale stuff is going downhill. There's just not that much I see anymore. I did see Old El Paso stuff on 10/$10 last week. Can't remember how long that was on for. Eskimo pie was 2/$7.

But the pop coupon is 4 for $12.00 I have been using that coupon for day's and getting 10 12 packs at Albertson for $12.00 plus take .

Fonzys, my prices are higher up here in Alaska. I usually state that in the first post. Where my price is 2/$6, yours is probably 2/$5. I'm usually .50-$1 higher per item. When you guys get stuff for 10/$10, mine is 8/$10.

I just list the prices in my booklet and it's just more of a heads up on sales. YOur prices will be a bit lower. At least if you haven't gotten your booklet yet, you can see whats on sale and have a guesstimate of what coupons to get. Hope I didn;t confuse you too much. lol

Hi There,
It seemed to me like the monthly was kind of skimpy....I was conceived in Alaska but still wish for a visit to that special state, as I was born in Alberta (Weyburn)
Down here in the lower 48, folks take a little while to appreciate the sense of stocking up on food.
Call me old fashioned but I feel a sense of calm when I look at the large pantry.
