Food World ~ Question: Food-World: $5/20 Question

I recently got a $5/20 coupon in the mail, good for Bruno's or Food World (which is closer) in a moving packet from the post office. My question to you is- is this $20 subtotal, before coupons, or is this $20 after my coupons are deducted? There are no specifications in this regard on the coupon. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks very much!

typically I give these qs before any others and it will take the $/$$ even if your total does go below the $20 (in this case).

You made me realize...I prob. need to be using these that I have either at the FW/Brunos or Publix b/c soon the qs will not be valid if the stores do not exist.
