Pell City Food World keeps red tagging the Eggland's Best Organic Brown Eggs.

Today I went in and again, they are marked for clearance. Sell by date is Sept. 5, plenty of time since eggs are still good for a few weeks in the fridge.

The cartons have THREE (3) $1.00 off red stickers on 'em. They are normally $4.33 a dozen (a ridiculous price). I have lots of Eggland coupons for .35 off, which doubles to .70.

I bought 3 dozen for the incredible sum of .63 cents per dozen. (I love eggs, and will have them eaten up in short order.)

Just a heads up so you all can see if this is happening at your store.

thanks, I was trying to find them in my area last week for the sale. I had some 1.00/2 tearpads about to expire. All I could find was the brown, which weren't part of the sale. LOL, now I know where to watch out for the brown eggs to be clearanced

hey did you know you can freeze eggs. Crack them, and put them in a zip bag and freeze. I read it on the stockpile thread.
I bought 8 doz the other night so I will be putting a few doz up.
