Making the Best Use of your Kiosk!

Does your FL have one of the kiosks where you scan when you first go in and it prints out some Q's right there?

If so, how often do you use them? If you don't use them do you leave for other people to use since most of them expire that day?

Just wondering the consensus here on this!

I scan my card probably nine out of ten times I am at the store. I do not leave my coupons at the kiosk because I generally see one or two that interest me so I check to see if the item is on sale why I am there. I have been known to sift through the coupons left at the kiosk.

I have been getting one for $.50 off Home 360 brand dishwashing detergent that makes it a decent price when it's on sale. But it never scans and the cashier always has to call someone over.

I usually can't use them but I don't leave them behind because there will be a stack of them from the previous week (expired of course since they are usually only good for a day). I figure it won't do any good to add to the pile of expired ones since my store employees don't clean them out everyday. I print them and take them with me in the cart while I shop. Then I either offer them to someone in the section where the item is (if I'm not using it) or I leave it next to the item for someone else to find. Very rarely do I get good coupons I can use however. I wish there was someway to know what coupons they were offereing me that day BEFORE printign so I don't waste the paper or my time printing them.

Has anyone been lucky enough to get any coupons for free products?

We have scored a free 20 oz. pepsi, free mustard and free chili sauce (which they did not have). Nice to get FREE things!

I rarely get a coupon for something I can use, but sometimes there are coupons left by others that have been very useful. A couple of people have left coupons for free items, so I have taken those. I normally leave my sheet for others. Apparently, the employees at my local FL are VERY GOOD about discarding old sheets. About 50% of the time, there is no stack at all for me to go through.
