Got this email from a FL employee this morning:

A ConAgra coupon book will be mailed to 300,000 of our top MVP shoppers this week. The coupons included in the book are detailed below:

$2.00 off any 2 Peter Pan Peanut Butter
$3.00 off any 3 Kid Cuisine
$1.50 off any 1 Hebrew National Franks
$1.50 off any 3 Hunt’s Tomatoes
$2.00 off any 2 Orville Redenbacher
$1.50 off any 1 Reddi Wip
$1.00 off any 3 Snack Pack
$3.00 off 10 Chef Boyardee
$1.00 off 1 Hunt’s Ketchup 35oz or larger
$2.50 off any 4 Banquet Dinners
$1.00 off any 2 Manwich
In total, $20 in savings!

Food Lion is excited to launch a Catalina End of Week revisit program on August 30. This program will deliver 1.2 million coupons to targeted MVP Shoppers.
This is a targeted program that will reward MVP customers with coupons delivered via the Catalina printers. (This program will not be advertised).
- MVP Customers receive incentives based on their shopping history in the past 12 weeks.
- Rewards are based on total spending, average transaction size, use or non use of coupons and frequency of visits to the store.
- Approximately 1.2 million incentives will be delivered across all Food Lion stores.
- Coupons will be distributed 8/30 - 9/9.
1) MVP Customers will be asked to redeem the offers on a future shopping trip.

So they're rewarding people who've continued to shop in spite of poor sales, lack of good deals.
I guess I'm not likely to see any rewards since I've hardly stepped in the store this summer

I will be shocked if I get these. I rarely shop at FL and if I do it's only good meat sales, soda or cheese.
