re: 7/28 - 8/3 can anyone tell me how the 3 day Huggies special will show on my receipt? I want to do the kimberly clark rebate. I must purchase $40 worth and circle the prices. I am hoping it might show as $9.99 with a discount taken off after. Reps to anyone who is a "Food Lion Guru" that can answer me :)
re: 7/28 - 8/3 Well, accidentally did this before...not with the KC rebate, but with the Perdue Shortcuts rebate. I always scan my MVP card at the end of my transactions and apparently the Perdue item was on sale so it took $x off at the end of my receipt. A couple weeks later when I submitted for the rebate, I just circled the original price. When I finally got my rebate check I wondered why it didn't match what I submitted, so I went back to the copy of the receipt I kept and saw that at the bottom it took off the sale discount and this sale price is what they refunded me.
The MVP discount taken at the end still prints out the item's description so if you get a person processing your rebate who looks at the whole receipt, it won't work.
