These are really different. They are manufacturer coupons with a RedPlum link. I'm not sure if this is something they're planning on doing from now on in place of the FLIPS but I hope not.

when I saw my email I thought, awesome kelloggs q that I could pair with some $1 off peelies and with the 50% off sale this week, then clicked the link and was like wth? has anyone printed any to see if they print as store coupons?? this is going to be sad if this is what they are switching too.

also I noticed when I scan my card at the little kiosk thingy in store, it doesn't always used a full sheet of paper for a bunch of crappy coupons. it only spits out like 2 or 3 crappy ones lol.

I printed the Kellogg's one and they are a manufacturer's coupon just like you'd print off of RP.

They better start thinking seriously about doubling coupons, because the only thing they have going for them is the FLIPs and if they take those away, I'll have no reason to shop there.

I know what you mean lol. so many people have issues with Food Lion even accepting IPs, but yet they offer then on their website and now emailing the links instead of FLIPs. I hope they really get a handle on their own corp. policy on coupons...and not managers making up the rules per store. this to me will cause issues for so many, because their customer service really needs some work.

oh well, one less reason to shop at food lion. I will continue to go in for the odd deal here and there, and to stock up on good blinkies and other coupons. sorry they won't be getting much of my money though.

And here's a newsflash, if you've already printed those off at RP, you can't print them off at FL website, just as it should be, limit of two per IP.

So if FL thinks this is going to fly and then cashiers/managers can't make up their minds about policy, they lose even more business.

I have NO problem telling a cashier who refuses coupons "Take that item out of the transaction" and tell them why.

But I'll only do that once, then over to the manager and tell them why I won't be a customer there anymore. Nicely mind you, but firmly.

Enough of this nonsense.
