Last year the CAT did not print on the single bottles of water. b/c they did not each have UPC. Is it different this year?

today they put some FL sandwich bread on clearance for .70 and FL hot dog/hamburger buns for .58 and all of them produced .25 back

I won't find that in my store! When I was there last night (to catch the deals in case I couldn't get out before they change. bet I was the only one in the grocery store for that reason :) they were completely out of milk, and almost out of bread.
