Was the $1 a manufacturer's coupon? The one off a specific brand of clementines? If so then you could use both "as long as neither coupon prohibits it" according to the FL policy. So you'd get the clementines then an additional amount of produce to total $6 and you could use both - again, as long as neither coupon prohibits using with another.
