BTW - has anyone tried the FL brand oatmeal? DH is picky about his oatmeal so I wondered how it compares to Quaker?

Can't answer to how good the FL oatmeal is, but FL has Quaker on sale for $2.50 a box, while the FL brand is $2.44. So, for $.06 more, you can have Quaker. I'd spend the $.06 and not have to worry about it.


Plus, as some one already mentioned, eggs are $.99 a dozen at our local FL. Free eggs for us!!!

Can anyone tell me how much a dozen eggs and the oatmeal are without the coupons?

I picked some things up in the Westminster, MD store yesterday. The shelf price on the instant oatmeal was $2.39. The shelf price on a dozen eggs was $1.18 and 18 eggs was $1.78. The shelf price on the potatoe chips were $2/4 and I think the vitamin water was 88¢ each.

richmond va fl has eggs 1.84 for the 18 pack , and dozen brown eggs were 1.83. their oatmeal is 2.14, but i've not tried it yet to compare to quaker.
