I have to agree with you. I know that I missed out on numerious credits for both the milk and present turkey credits! For some reason my receipt will say one week 3 credits and the next 2! Can't seem to figure out the system. I also have found that I only get credit when the oop is over the amount, and not the before coupon amount. Look forward to advise from others.

It's good to know I'm not alone! Even the store manager said I should have been given the credits even if using coupons! I am a single parent of two teens, and unemployed, so I have to stretch my food budget as far as I can. That $20 sure will be a huge help when, not if but WHEN I get this matter resolved. It might mean me taking every single receipt to the manager and demanding he correct the matter, but if that's what I have to do, it's what I will have to do!

Same here. I noticed on my receipt where I was opted in to the Turkey Promo but i've yet to receive any credits. Of course all of my totals are way below the $45 mark but thats after all coupons. If it is before coupons like everyone has stated I should have at least 3-4 credits. All of my receipts say 0 credits Guess I will take it up with customer service.
