Yeah me too...I'd be thrilled with doubles...if they triple I'll be boogying down the street!! I have two local stores that double, an Acme and a Giant. I tend to do most of my shopping at Acme. FL does do well with their store q's and their reg. everyday prices are definately usually the cheapest in town. If they do triples, I'd expect their reg. prices would probablly go up some. I'd love to know the source of this tip too!!

they have some good sales and I've gotten some low cost deals there without doubles, but if they doubled or tripled once a month the deals would get sweeter.

I know our Food Lion triples twice a year so here's hoping! We do not have Bloom here.

I would be shocked if we in NC see any of this. I have never heard of food lion doubling or tripling before, and doubt this will trickle down to us. but if it happens, don't think I won't be there will bells on! we can always cross our fingers

I don't think it will happen in NC. I emailed them a while back when I heard they were tripling in SC and they said that they opted to have lower shelf prices than to double/triple coupons.

Lower shelf prices?? Haha, FL is the most expensive store in our town here in PA, and they have never once doubled or tripled since they've been here. They closed down once and then came back a few yrs later. Plus, they don't carry a lot of items that other FL's do. If they don't do something soon, they will go OOB again. There are never many cars in their parking lot. I can't afford to buy anything there unless I have a good Q and it's on sale.
