Food Lion ~ Manf. Coupon: FOOD LION - does you store have the new MVP Extra Savings Center?

They just installed this at my local FL. I used it yesterday.

The deal is that you scan your MVP card, and it prints out a personalized savings sheet with coupons and possibly other messages. The coupons expire that day, so it's either use them or lose them. lol

The neat thing is that if you go daily, like I do , you can scan your card each day and it will print up new coupons.

My first batch that I printed yesterday consisted of $1.50 off 1 bag of Purina Dog Chow and $.55 of 1 jar of Ragu Sauce. The dog chow coupon came in handy, as I was in to pick up a bag anyway, and it allowed me to save one of the dog food coupons I had gotten from one of the clipping services.

Anyway, check with your store to see if you'll be getting one soon!

So far the one's I've seen have been MQs....the brochure doesn't say whether they will just print MQs or not, so I'm not sure whether there will be any Store Qs.

Sweet. Too bad all my FLs are really run down and old and dirty. I would hope that they invested in some new carts rather than this thingy-majig. Several of the carts at my FL only have 3 wheels.
