Food Lion - question about using $5/$20 with sales

My bottom line question is, if I buy 4 pepsi 12-packs (5.79 BOGO this week) will I be able to use a $5/$20 coupon or does it have to be $20 after promos?

Before sale prices should be fine but it will really depend on the cashier. Maybe don't give your MVP card until you have already given them the coupon - that might help.

Thank you. That's exactly what I was thinking, I would have to give my MVP card last for it to work. I wish I had a fav cashier there, but alas, I don't go in very often because their sales are pretty boring....

I should add - unless the coupon has some wording like "after all sales or discounts" - so you may want to double check that as well.

I got it in the mail on Moday.

It has a $5/$20 for the sale weeks of 4/29-5/5 and another for 5/6-5/12.

It's probably just in my area.
