Hmmm...to tell you the truth, I haven't really noticed. HCW may need someone to contact FL corperate and see if their policy has changed.

I just looked at mine and you are right, they don't have that wording. I hadn't noticed the change.

Good luck with that. Corporate is so hard to talk to. They will probably say the same thing that they have been saying the whole time and send out that generic e-mail that doesn't really state if the combo is allowed or not. The clearest answer I ever got from them was to read the wording on the coupon and if neither coupon excluded 'other offers or coupons or etc' then it was ok. At that time all FLIPs had the exclusionary wording though.

I just checked the FLIPs for the other products(FL cereal, Tide, pickles, popcorn) and they don't have any exclusionary words on them either. They say the same thing as the Scott FLIP. I am sure it is still a YMMV type thing, but my FL hasn't batted an eye and let me use a man q and store q for the Scott tissue. I have not tried the brita, but will try it later on.

I have always been told that you CAN use a FLIP (store coupon) and a Manuf Q together. Where did this new rule come from? I have never experienced any problems using them together. :shrug7:

Yes, at my store the small 5 cup Brita pitchers are on sale for $10. Last week I used one of the Brita $5 IPs that I got off their website a long time ago (not sure if it's still there) but didn't have the $3 booklet store coupon so I don't know if they can be combined. I'm mad I didn't find the booklets til later! The coupons due say one coupon per item but that's vague...does it mean one store coupon and one man. q per item or one coupon total is ok??

Look at non-food lion brand coupons like the baby ones....I looked at the .75/1 Playtex cup and it said something like this coupon cannot be combined with other coupons...is that the exclusion we are talking about??

This just baffles me as EVERY other store I shop at allows store and man. qs to be combined. To me the store coupons just allow for my own personal, secret sale!

Ok, so I'll admit my behind is a little picky but I kinda thought the toilet paper was a little rough....not terrible but what you would expect for recycled TP. However, it does look like the rolls will last awhile as it seems to be wound tight on the roll...not loose like cheaper tp is (does that make sense?). I assume you could compare sq. feet to what you use now.

I'm torn, it's probably a good deal if you aren't picky...I just got so use to free toilet paper at Kroger that it is killing me to pay for it now that Kroger doesn't sell the .99 cottonelle anymore

Oh, and I was able to use a store and man. q on a four pack (I actually had $1.50 man. q catalina that printed out at another store that I used so my TP was FREE minus tax) just fine. Then today they told me it was a no go. Your mileage will definitely vary on this deal depending on your store...or cashier for that matter!

Oh, I really like this deal! I have visited 2 stores, purchased only the one item - tp. Then I used 2 coupons. I guess I was testing them to see if they would say I couldn't use 2 coupons on one item. Neither store had any problem with it. They were prepared with the free bag as well. OOP .60!

At one store I took a tan FL bag to the register and it was free. At the other store they had the bigger blue bag at the register in a big box. They pulled one out and gave it to me. I like it much better. Very nice and sturdy and will hold a good amount.

I am assuming this ends today?

The sale prices end today. However the coupon for the free bag doesn't expire until 6/30/09. I snagged 2 extras in case these products go on sale or a better sale again before the end of June.

You could always pay full price for the items to get the free bag LOL
