FL Sugar 1.49 - it says buy 5 kool aid packets get 1.00 off sugar tear pad Q in store ( I found these and the kool-aid is marked 5/1.00. SO for 1.49 you get 5 packets of kool-aid and a bag of sugar.)

Caution for anyone wanting to do the Kelloggs Free milk deal with the BOGO at FL during this sale period. The sales paper says they are limiting you to 2 free during the BOGO cereal ( I assume that is per transaction). That makes it tough to get to the 5 cereals needed for the 2nd milk catalina or to even 7 for the 3rd milk catalina. You're stuck at buying 4 cereals per transaction and getting one free milk catalina. The upside is still YMMV but you might be able to use 4 -1.00 Blinkies. This was just a heads up for those who still do not have enough cereal!! LOL

I thought I saw a sign in the store yesterday, that there were going to be different freebies for buying kelloggs for 3 or 4 weeks. Last week was the coffee, and either this week or next was FL creamer....wish I wrote it down....

Doesn't FL ring up their BOGO sales as half price? You should be able to get 5 cereals and the 5th will be half price and you will only have gotten 2 for "free" that way.

I haven't seen anything about Food Lion participating in the Free milk Cat program like the other stores. the only deals i have seen them doing is for free coffee or stuff like that. I will wait once someone tries it and reports back to say whether or not they are doing it.

also the kraft cheese $1/3 flip will work nicely with the 3/$5 deal making it 1.34 each cheese. not the best deal I have done by no means, but the best one I have found recently

I made the assumption that they were participating and I did not see anything to indicate that they weren't. They have not had any great "sales" to try the deal on, so I guess we can call this a YMMV until someone does it Wednesday. The promo ends on the 12th though.

As far as the poster who said to buy 5. In the past when FL does the specials like on soda( buy 5 at 2.99 and the 6th one wil ring up at regular price) I am afraid the 5th cereal will ring up at full price instead of 1/2 price. Just another glitch to check out...sigh.
